When placing an order with “Kids Denim” you are entering into a contract with us to supply you with goods described in the product details which “Kids Denim” may or may not accept at their sole discretion. If your order is accepted, “Kids Denim” will send an email confirmation.
When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide are correct, that the credit or debit card you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the products you are purchasing.
To ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, we will validate your name, address and other personal information, supplied by you during or after the order has been placed against appropriate third-party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. When performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information; this is only done to confirm your identity and that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will not be affected. All information provided by you will be treated securely.
If for any reason your credit or debit card details are incorrect or not enough funds in your account or for any other reason the order cannot be processed then “Kids Denim” will have the right to cancel your order.
Personalised Product Items
“Kids Denim” has products that can be personalised to order, therefore once you received your item it cannot be returned unless the fault is on our part. If there are any changes to the details you have supplied us with your personalisation, then please contact “Kids Denim” as soon as possible.
All items listed on this website have been handmade in the United Kingdom.

Close-up pictures are provided to allow you to clearly see the item, therefore it is important that you pay close attention to the measurements provided in each of the item’s descriptions for a true idea of how they will look when you receive it. All items are individually handmade; therefore, items of the same description may slightly differ in material colour.

Delivery
“Kids Denim” offers free Royal Mail delivery within the UK. Deliveries outside of the UK will be charged a flat rate of £8.65. Items will be dispatch within 3 working days after the receipt of order; for personalised items up to an additional 5 working days.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with the item then it must be return in its original packaging within 7 days for either an exchange or refund; see our Returns Policy.
Faulty Items
All handmade items has been carefully made and checked before dispatch but if for any reason the item you receive is faulty then “Kids Denim” will either exchange or refund your account via your original payment method on receipt of the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days; see our Returns Policy.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
